Incentives & Warranties
Most homeowners leave real money on the table between manufacturer warranties, federal tax credits, financing, and insurance. We make sure you do not.
Manufacturer warranty
GAF Golden Pledge — up to 50 years of material plus workmanship coverage.
As a GAF Master Elite contractor (fewer than 2% of U.S. roofers hold the certification), we can register the Golden Pledge warranty on qualifying installations — the longest coverage any asphalt manufacturer offers.

What Neighbors Say
4.9 · 127+ Google reviews
They matched slate that was quarried before our grandparents were born. Three winters in, not a single drip.
The thermal scan caught insulation damage we had no idea existed. Their proposal was the only one that was honest about it — and the only one that held the number on install day.
Same crew did the roof and the solar, so when a single question came up, one person answered. Best general-contractor experience we have ever had.
I hire them on my builds because they show up when they say they will, clean the site at night, and never hand a customer back to me with a complaint. That is rarer than it should be.

Our story
Electricians First, Roofers by Necessity
Rivertown was founded in Dobbs Ferry by a master electrician and a third-generation carpenter who kept getting called in after other crews had left water trails behind the chimney.
Today we install everything from architectural asphalt on new construction to hand-split cedar on 1890s farmhouses — end-to-end, with our own crew, permitted through the local building department, and warrantied by the people who held the nail gun.
We answer the phone. We show up when we say we will. And if we cannot do the job right, we will tell you who can.
